i saw this rig by walimex pro on amazon, “RL-04”, which costs 243 € and this follow focus by walimex pro, “F3”, which costs 228 €.
actually i have a lcd viewfinder, the rode videomic, a video/photo tripod, a battery grip, some lenses and one year experience.
for cut, i use pinnacle studio 16 (avid studio).

Hello there, are you familiar with “Photo SFXart Tricks” (search on Google for it)? There you will find a good free video featuring the right way to create impressive pictures. It made it easier for Matt to make photos which leave you with a jaw-dropping-effect after you look at them. I hope it helps you too.

Definitely the K-5, as you can get them for an incredible bargain until they’re all gone from the shelves. If you need better auto-focus, the K-5 II or K-5 IIs, with no anti-aliasing filter, are still great values for the money.
The build quality is excellent, the ergonomics are very nice, and it’s pretty easy to navigate the menu options. The sensor used in the K-5 is one of the best APS-C sensors to date.

I’m going for K-5 because of the overall higher quality, and it’s more “semi-pro” in design (top LCD, higher quality construction, probably longer life span)

I shot 150 shots continuous with 6p/s on my K-R with my Tamron 70-300mm Oo
I ran out of space, so here’s more. The A65 has a very good continuous autofocus during video which the Canon does not have and has a better 15 AF points compared to the 60D’s 9 AF points. Don’t worry about the EVF, because it is very high quality, although you will have some problems in high contrast situations.
The 60D is your best bet for video because of the swivel screen, manual audio level adjustments, and full manual control, it also takes reasonably good photos. The SLT A65 is also great for video, because it shoots in 1080p at 60fps which will give you smoth and can give you a somewhat slow motion effect, the EVF on the A65 is the best in the business, has 2.4 million dots of OLED goodness, takes reasonably good photos, 10fps continuous burst and you will be able to view more information.
Which should I buy, this Pentax K-5 or the brand new Pentax K-30, it is a difficult choice because they are the same price.

If you don’t give a thing about photos don’t go for the Pentax. 60D is perfect for video (adjustable audio build in.)
I personally don’t like the cams from sony because of the digital view finder instead of a mirrored one.
guys i am torn inbetween the eos 60d and the slt a65, which one would you recomend.. i know the pentax has good features, but the video is just not that good!!! need a good all rounder, and want the swivel screen!!!
pentax do make good digital camera, it has some of the most amazing image quality i have seen, but the video sucks, and pentax customer service sucks…. i think cannon or sony would be a better option…
