Theprincipal photography for Basic Up Reloaded was completed in February 2007. Since then, many changes to training methods and approaches have been implemented at the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School (CFLRS). The changes reflect the on-going philosophy of Train to Succeed, which seeks to inspire, coach, train, mentor and motivate in order to ensure that recruits realize their full potential. For details of current programs at CFLRS, visit the School’s website: www.cflrs.forces.gc.ca A new episode will be posted every Monday. In this episode: Our featured recruits Pte. Murray, Pte. Hart, Pte. Genge and OS Gordon share their thoughts at graduation. We watch 4 Platoon prepare for and participate in the graduation parade and we get an update from PO1 Steen on the status of those who were re-coursed along the way. Some scenes contain coarse language. Viewer discretion is advised. Missed Season 1? Check out the complete season here: www.youtube.com

This is a very good video!
im in the same boat …
I’ve enjoyed watching both of these series and would look forward to a 3rd no matter what format it takes, ie. new intake, officers school, how the guys and girls are doing now would be good as well.
just watching these gets me so pumped up for when I join the army, hopefully the CF will start accepting applicants for infantry by the time i graduate from high school 😛 Sucks there is no season 3 as of right now
ahahhah
i think CanadianArmyNews should do a Season 3 😀
I’m joining the reserves soon because I’m at University and can’t go to the reg force. If I go to reg force when I’m done University can I still go through basic?
did pte wite graduate????? i kinda felt bad for the guy when he didnt pass his drll test
What happens after basic training do they get posted on base or live at home and do they still get paid ?
May I sudgest Season 3 should follow a cadet camp or a cadet regular parade night? Because I am dying to see a show involving air, army and/or sea cadets. As a Flight Sergeant in the 742 National Capital Air Cadet Squadron, I feel I should try even harder to help promote the cadets on my last year as one.
I’m currently on the merit list and hoping for a call very soon. This series has made me very excited and I can’t wait. Thank you for making this. 😀
No he wasn’t. Check out his uniform. Or even when PO asks him a few episodes back if they had issued him his whites cause he is a sailor too.
Are you allowed to wear a watch in basic?
there should be a show for RMC
You guys should make a series that follows aspiring fighter pilots from basic training to getting their wings and graduating.
the most incredible, stressful, sometimes painful, funniest and eye opening experience of my 25yrs on this planet. highly recommend the CF to anyone planning on joining.

???
Didn’t Jaworski jack-up Gordon back in week 5 for not doing his assignment, and lying about it? Or was the section commander being nice for the sake of his recruit’s parents?
There have been many ideas for a third “Basic Up” series including follow-ups with originals, Officer Basic Training, Reserve Basic Training and various soldier qualification courses. At this point, there are no specific plans on what direction to take with another Basic Up series.
is there going to be a season 3?
For more information, kindly contact your local recruiting office.
is it just me or does Pte Chris Murray’s brother look pissed off by how proud his parents were of his brother. LOL
After BMQ and the MOS school, do soldiers choose where to be posted?
ie. base/regiment
Weapons are only issued when you need them.
Unfortunately the Basic Up series is not currently available for purchase.
Can you purchase this anywhere?! like is this on a dvd anywhere?
do u keep your weapon after basic training ?
