A couple of things… mostly adjusting the aperture for short focal length and a lens designed for that – like a portrait or macro lens.

@memolovesvero there are easy to use settings like Handheld Twilight that makes it easy to capture pictuers like this in low light. It’s quite extraordinary, really. I’m an amateur and I can get great shots!
